NeuroFit360 was born in 2009 out of Dr. Guy Romain’s frustration with the lack of services provided to the neurologically injured population. This resulted in the creation of NeuroFit360, a clinic committed to challenging and pushing the boundaries of traditional rehabilitation. We welcome clients with all abilities to participate in our intensive therapy programs in order to maximize their potential. At NeuroFit360, we believe that combining innovative technology, cutting-edge treatment plans, skilled staff, and hard work makes anything possible!

Our team provides top-of-the-line treatment for clients with a range of diagnoses, including but not limited to Spinal Cord Injury (SCI), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Stroke (CVA), Muscular Dystrophy (MD), Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Cerebral Palsy (CP), and Congenital Disorders (Pediatrics).

While our foundation is built on standard practice guidelines, Dr. Romain’s vision is to consistently provide our clients with physical therapy treatments and interventions in an environment that embraces innovation, promotes intensity, and is fueled by skilled and compassionate practitioners.

Our exceptionally skilled therapists team and staff members are trained to meet and exceed the needs of the neurological community. While most post-hospital recovery centers have clients work with exercise specialists, we proudly differentiate ourselves by offering our clients the guidance of physical therapists (PT) and physical therapy assistants (PTA). Their knowledge and expertise ensures that our clients reach their goals safely and effectively.

We are here to challenge our clients because we believe that through hard work and dedication, anything is possible. So, whether the goal is to walk again or increase independence, our professional team is dedicated to serving each individual with the highest level of personalized one-on-one care.
